Frank's no smoking day is today! Although he has had a rehearsal yesterday (31st March). After smoking since he was 18 he has achieved more that 40 coffin sticks a day - I estimate 60! So with the help of "Champix" tablets he is making a real attempt to give them up.
He wasn't too impressed with my momento - a small resin plaque which reads -
"If you are smoking in this house you had better be on fire" a oops I think!
